FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is the AI agent?

A new layer we are building on top of RichWay. It sequences your day for earnings, holds two-way conversations with customers in their language, and briefs you every morning. The core app stays exactly as you know it.

When is RichWay launching?

RichWay is in active development for iOS, and the AI agent is being built alongside it. Join the waitlist and we will reach out when early access opens.

Who is it for?

Rideshare drivers, charter operators, and small fleets. If your workday is a list of pickups, RichWay plans it for you.

How is this different from Uber or Lyft driver apps?

Those apps dispatch their trips. RichWay dispatches your business: your private bookings, charters, airport runs, and gig trips together, sequenced for your earnings.

Which languages does messaging support?

Messages are automatically translated into your customer's language. English and Spanish at launch, more on the way.

What does it cost?

Pricing will be announced before launch. Early waitlist members get founding-driver pricing.

What happens to my data?

Your trips, clients, and earnings stay yours. We never sell driver data, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
